Virginia Online12-Hour Reckless Aggressive Driver Education Program ( RADEP )
The Virginia 12-Hour Online Reckless and Aggressive Driver Education Program (RADEP) is designed to help drivers make safer choices and avoid risky driving behaviors. Many students take RADEP because a court requires it. Others may take the course before court after speaking with an attorney. Completing the course can show that you are taking your driving situation seriously and are willing to make better choices.
The course teaches important topics such as:
- Reckless and aggressive driving
- Speeding and following too closely
- Anger, stress, and frustration
- Distraction and poor judgment
- Defensive driving
- Crash prevention
- Personal responsibility
At Driver Training Solutions LLC, our goal is not just to help you complete a requirement. We want you to understand your driving habits, learn from past mistakes, and become a safer and more responsible driver. After successfully completing the full 12-hour online program, you will receive a RADEP completion certificate.
Important Notice
This course is NOT intended for Virginia DMV credit and does not award +5 safe driving points. It is ONLY designed to meet a court requirement for the 12-Hour Reckless and Aggressive Driver Education Program (RADEP) or to provide proof of completion for court-related purposes.
It is your responsibility to determine if your court requires in person / classroom courses , or if they accept online courses. You should always check with your court prior to registering for a RADEP course to ensure they accept online courses to satisfy the RADEP requirement. Most courts do accept online courses, but there are a few courts who may require you to take an in-person course.
