In some cases this course is Court referred to
dismiss a traffic violation and keep points off of a
driving record.
In other cases, the DMV directs drivers to a driver
improvement clinic to satisfy State laws.
The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles has
reviewed and approved this course.
